This depends on machine size , oil bottle size and the strength used. for average use the bottle needs to be refilled monthly.

Water cannot be added to Yalla Freshener Aroma oils , it is ready to be used directly in the diffusers

No, our aroma oils are not organic because organic oils can not be used for air care due to the cost and low tendency to evaporate hence we need a synthetic carrier to disperse into the air. These additional substances in Yalla Freshener oils  are approved internationally and locally to meet the safety and health standards

Yalla Freshener aroma oils do not contain alcohol.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided that the machine is unused, and the aroma oil remains unopened.

Device refunds are allowed within 3 days of purchase, provided the machine is unused. Devices cannot be returned after use. Aroma oils can only be returned or exchanged if they are in their original, unopened packaging.
