Return & Refund Policy
- Return/Exchange Eligibility:
- Time Frame: Products can be returned or exchanged within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
- Condition of the Product: The product must be sealed and accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, free items, and other components included at delivery.
- Discounted items can only be returned during offer validity.
- The original invoice/receipt must be available.
- Returns / Exchange as applicable as per the website Products/Services
- Cancellation Policy:
- Order Cancellation Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- Cancellation After Shipment: If the order has already been shipped, customers may refer to our Return/Exchange Policy for further assistance.
- Cancellation of Discounted or Offer-Based Orders: Orders placed during promotional offers or discounts cannot be canceled once confirmed.
- Refund for Canceled Orders: If an eligible order is canceled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5 – 14 business days using the original payment method.
- Modification of Orders: If a customer wishes to modify an order instead of canceling, they should contact customer support before the order is processed for shipment.

- Return Process:

- Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 business days. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
- Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received your refund in 5-14 business days, first double check your bank account again.
- If paid by card, contact your card issuer, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
